On Thursdays, I have class with Trudy Rubin, who brings in the most fascinating Middle East journalists to class–whether through Skype, a speakerphone, or actually somehow finding a way to get them here. Last Thursday, we had Daoud Kuttab, a most unapologetic believer in the Fourth Estate role that media plays, and a Palestinian living in Amman but teaching in Princeton for now.
